We have decided to embark on a 240 mile / 4 day cycle from Glasgow, Scotland to Arranmore Island, Donegal
These boys are training so so hard. The amount of effort they are putting in is truly amazing. In addition to their daily hectic lives with work, children and all of the other everyday stresses, they are going out putting in a lot of mileage to prepare for this event.
We have a new participant who has decided to join the boys on the Irish leg of the cycle, Katie's uncle who she loved so much, Patrick Rodgers, who only bought a bike and started training 3 weeks ago and today alone he cycled 87km. All in memory of Katie and to raise awareness for Mitochondrial Disease.
The Katie Rose Foundation is so committed to getting this Disease out there and letting people know of the hardships involved for those who suffer from it or have a child who suffers from it. We need all of the help we can get so please continue to support us. Thank you to every single person who is supporting us in this. We appreciate it all x
